Poor customer service and communication. After a month of usage all of my brake wires popped. Lippert warranty company reimbursed me for that and my broken axle. I ordered another axle for my trailer directly from Appalachian and they said they had them in stock. It’s been 3 weeks and still no axle. I’m in need of a bigger trailer now, but I will not be buying from this company again.
