Short wait times both visits for me and my son. The PA Anna is amazing. She was had a very great bedside manner. She checked my eyes thoroughly and showed concern for my eye problems. I paid self pay due to them not accepting my insurance but I would really like to make her my permanent eye doctor. She is a highly recommended. The front desk staff were sweet and helpful too!!!

Update: 2022 , much improvement. Less wait time, and you don't have to wait as long to see the opthamologist or PAs as you have had to in the past. They are still an extremely busy office but it's a better experience. Parking lot is always jam-packed . I really like doctor Chestnut but it's a little funny watching him because he goes around like a scalded ape trying to keep up with all the patients he has to see. I feel there is not adequate Staffing in the purchasing of glasses and I ended up walking out, and the checkout staff I find to be somewhat unfriendly. It took awhile to get an appointment for routine visits, but they will see you sooner if you have a more urgent need. You are more likely to see a NP or PA for regular visits. A few other opthamologist in town but plenty optometrists in town. **** I omitted most of my first review because I feel that they have improved much more than how they were.

What great Doctors, My eyes were in awful shape due to a bad Ophthalmologist. He had me on eye drops that I was allergic to, my eyes got really bad, I got New Doctors at Waynesborough and I m doing great, Its take almost a year to get to this point. Thanks to all the Doctors and staff at that office. I am very grateful for their help..
