WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!! They make promises that they never intend to keep! If you make the mistake and buy a car from them, get EVERYTHING in writing!!! It’s disappointing how many dealerships like Dulles Motorcars are deceptive and dishonest. They do a delicate dance avoiding fraud. By not fulfilling your obligation, I will discourage as many people as I can from buying a car from your dealership. The vehicle they sold us was a used 2018 Ram 1500 Sport with 20k miles. They insisted on having my work van as a trade in, switched up on us after the deal is made that cost us another $800 we had to eat. So things went wrong the minute we sat down to negotiate. We were told the following: They would fix the minor scratches. Replace the plastic trim missing inside the truck. Replace the missing fuse box cover. Get a second key fob because there was only one. We were supposed to get a 1 year subscription to XM satellite radio. They were supposed to fill up the gas tank. And the $1200 touch screen radio looked sun damaged at the time and we were told it’s not a problem but the screen has since died and needed to be replaced; $1200 They did NOTHING they said they would do!!! We tried a few times to set something up with them with no luck. We gave up on them and wrote Dulles Motorcars off as a loss and typical car dealer BS. They pressure you to write a positive review when you’re happy and clueless how much they will rip you off. Wait a while before you review anything. I’ll be back every couple months to remind folks how much they upset me.
