Wish I could give this location zero stars. Employees are miserable and the Air Machine outside (to pump your tire up) has been busted/broken/not usable for as long as I can remember (I moved here two years ago). Legit a joke of a Royal Farms.

Y’all might as well shut this ROFO down when you open up the one 3mi. away because the New Castle Avenue one is out of control…. It was a Friday. 6:45pm. Rush Hour. And there were NO FRIES READY!!!! Why?? Idk. It’s not like they don’t get a Friday rush- every Friday… Anywho so they wait to drop the fries AFTER I waited in line & paid for my order. So I had to wait the fullllllllllll 20min. For some fries. And on top of that, whoever made the chicken yesterday(08/26/22) evening, the chicken was salty. Salty and dry!!! I will never ever shop at the New Castle Ave ROFO again.. gas included😤. The best Royal Farms in my opinion is the one on Old Baltimore Pike. They give pleasant customer service, the chicken is fried to perfection, I’ve NEVER waited 20min for fries, and the bathrooms are ALWAYS CLEAN.

The worst service. They will tell you "all you see is all we have" Like they don't have the food and equipment to make more food. Skip this place and go to a Wawa instead
