I used to go here in 2018. Had a horrible experience with a manicure. Got an infection. My husband gave me a gift certificate for queen for a day. (I was upset cause I didn't go there anymore) Lina was my girl that dat. And the reason I decided to stay again. Today I went in and Amanda did my feet and hands. I'm only showing my hands because this is her work. Sorry but far from a manicure. She didn't clip any dead skin or message my hands. My pedicure I paid to have a lil bit pricier one a spa treatment. She never message my legs. Felt like I use in a cattle shoot. Get in get out give me your $ she lied and said she did. I told them to look at the 100 cameras they have and they wouldn't. I do not work hard to spend my $ to go somewhere to be treated like an animal. There are 1000s of nail salons in Philly. Shame I choose the wrong one. Lina is hands down the best nail tech I have ever had. Hope the owners make it right.
