We recently stayed here Sunday, July 17, 2022- Friday July 22, 2022. When booking, we were told that we qualified for a free golf cart rental since we were staying during the week. When we got there on Sunday, there were 10-12 golf carts sitting unused. We were told that they were all rented out. The campground was half empty at this time. They sat there for several days. We asked about them a couple of times and were still told they were rented out. I feel like they could have at least let us use one for a couple of days until the other campers got there later in the week. Our campsites were very shady, which we enjoyed. The deer were really cool to see. There were 5-6 pigs, but they stayed underneath one cabin the whole week that we were there. We also saw some ducks around the lake. You can rent kayaks and paddle around the lake also. But of course, we were told they were all rented out the entire week we were there. The pool was really big and the water felt good all week. The concrete is uneven and needs some work. The ropes are bolted down to the bottom of the pool, so if you aren't careful, you will run into them. There are sharp pieces of concrete on the bottom of the pool as well. One of the kids with us cut her toe pretty badly. The camp store was nice and well stocked. The cafe seemed nice, but we never ate anything except pizza from there. The bathhouse was also nice and clean. I wish they had more bathhouses throughout the campground. They also offer tubing, which we did one day. They load you up in a bus and take you to another campground where the drop off point of the river is and you float to the exit point which is close to this campground. The float was nice. It took around 2 hours and there are places you can stop if you want. The water wasn't too deep and it was calm. Overall, we had a nice trip. Of course, there are improvements to be made, but we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in CL 8 the cabin was real nice and clean. The only problem was they have pot belly pigs that roam the property. They made a home at the cabin next to us. The smell was terrible for us and the people staying in the cabin next to us. I suggest they should move them or put them in a large pen. Other than that everything was fine. Probably would not go back as long as the pigs roam the grounds.

Park was very nice. Office staff was helpful. Area was very clean. Saw tons of animals. RV spots were decent size. Enjoyed the cafe and items sold very reasonable. Out only complaint was a very rude young lifeguard. Other than that our stay was perfect!

We love this place. We came during off season in may when the cafe and a couple other things were closed but the pool was still open and had plenty for the kids to do. Stayed 4 nights and never got bored once. Price is really reasonable for camping and golf cart rentals. Deer and pigs roaming around that are friendly. This is our favorite place to camp yet plus you can brings your own golf cart or sxs.

40 or 50 a night depending on spot and time of week
Yes
They have 4 cabins 3 are on the bogue chetto river and 1 is in the park on bass lake
If you choose the river side cabins, ask the management to mow down to the water and also know that cars drive fast on New River Road, which is where the river cabins are located.
last summer it was $10 a person, however they did a lot of work and remodeling and I herd they were suppose to go up to $15 a person again not sure about the raise.
$25 to shuttle personal equipment and person. Tube rental $15. Kayak $25, canoe $50. Hope this helps.
I'm not sure how much it was to just go swimming..we camped so it was included.

Yes
Not on each site, but in a central location of primitive area. I would suggest arriving on a Thursday for best pick.
The pool will open mid April. However weather is a factor.
Please call the office

Yes. There are pigs free landing.... Dogs might bark. No mosquitoes in November

You would have to call them to make sure

No
Swimming is free if you're camping if not it's $10 a head for the day
Yes you can go just for the day it is $10 per person
21 I think. Call Holly in the office to make sure.
You can but you must call ahead. Day passes are limited!
They do not.
Way too many trees for that.
I think they have a small BBQ pit. I don't remember seeing a tv. If you're looking at staying on a "river front" cabin, you may want to know that they aren't inside the park. There's a busy street and a fence separating those spots from the park, and a lot of foot traffic through the day and night coming into those spots to get to the river. Also, we think someone tried to break into our vehicles three nights in a row.
You would have to call the office
Sometimes apple devices won't work properly with the online booking system. You can call and make a reservation over the phone if you need to
It is pretty awesome! We have been once before it was converted and once after. We like the big swim and play area better now! Give it a chance. It is really nice!
Paradise Ranch does have cabins, but I'm not sure if they're up and going, I went last year and they were still in the making or should I say building, unless of course the ones on the far back side was already rentable, however I am not sure about the prices, but your average cabin runs about $70 to $90 a night, just make sure you bring your own Linens! Not all places provide that.( we had our camper)
I don't have any but all the cabins are on the river front and the largest sleeps i or more and all have full kitchens
Yes
