I routinely buy Marcho veal cutlets and have been satisfied with the quality. This week, I bought veal for stew - two 1 lb packages - a little over 2 pounds total.. I am very disappointed with what was hidden under the packaging. The pieces with a couple exceptions were very small, very thin and covered with silver skin and fat. By the time I had finished cleaning up the bad butchery, I was left with less than 1 1/2 pounds of meat, much of it in pieces too small and thin (think postage stamp) to cook properly. Veal is almost non-existent in our local stores and butcher shops, so I was pleased to find something other than cutlets. I won't waste my money and time on this product again.

This is a facility which adds immense suffering to our world. When you purchase products like meat dairy and eggs you support these animals suffering on factory farms and having their throats slashed open. Is it safe to say you are against animal abuse? Try being vegan instead!

Very good, I lift, they load quickly and I have no problems when checking.

Marcho farm is located in franconia Pa. And their veal come from Pa., Oh, Ny and Wisconsin I believe, but their lamb comes from Australia and Texas I think, now they are starting to raise and process their own lamb so soon they will offering 100% local lamb.
Thank you. I only eat halal
Shanks? They might not understand what "chanks" are.
