Called in the morning to set an appointment with my usual barber. I was told that my appointment would be at 4:30. I showed up at 4:15 and someone was with my barber. He said that it would be a while because the guy he was working on just started and he had someone else in front of me. I found this to be strange since I called and set an appointment. For an hour he worked on a hot towel shave and haircut while talking about how he doesn’t like to make clients wait. When finished the guy thanked him for SQUEEZING HIM IN while I waited an hour for my appointment. Then I figured I would be next, nope. Someone walks in from their car and immediately is seated before me. Over an hour in and I currently am still sitting and waiting for what will be my last haircut at good looks. I just cannot even fathom the hypocrisy of preaching loyalty to clients when making one wait in limbo for a simple cut.
