My mom just loves Jeremy but he is still just another minion of Snake Farm. They will definitely take your money but they rarely pay out. It is always less than your deductible! Do yourself a favor and call every roofer and ask them who is the worst and who is the best to work with. They will all say SF is worst. All your agent does is take your money, make money, and pass you along to other departments that say “no”.

Very unprofessional Office Staff. I would not recommend dealing with one of their employees named Crystal Gann. She was not very nice while I was trying to aquire an auto quote. She tried to tell me that I should already know what I need when I tried to ask her for advice on what I should get as far as coverages. I have been with the same ins co for many years and decided it may be time to switch, however if this is the kind of service I should expect from another ins. co, I will stay with my current insurance provider. I never experience such unprofessionalism and out right rudeness. I really hope she does not treat anyone else like this. I would highly recommend Mr. Quinn to go over office rules and procedures, so this does not happen to anyone else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT CRYSTAL GANN FOR ANY INSURANCE !
