I had a membership and canceled it and my card keeps getting charged I’d like a refund and for this facility to stop charging me please. I have left two voicemails and have tried calling all day today and no one has returned my calls. I tried calling and they blocked my number

I highly recommend checking out this float spa in williamsville. This is my second time floating and first time at this location and it's 100 times better than the other location that I went to in Buffalo. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated worth every penny!

Super nice folks and very clean. Floating wasn't really for me (I made it about 25 minutes through my hour float from a gift certificate) but the staff went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and offered to make up the difference with sauna credits - that's very much appreciated!

Hi Kimberly. We have a first float special. 90 min float $45. You can add a 30 min. Sauna for $59 total.
Hi Jackie - Every card is different and I am not sure about yours, is it the Master/Visa type? When you are in we can try it or you can call Independent Health and they will know the specifics of your plan/card. I hope this was helpful
