Late in the workday, my boss tasked me with finding a courier service for a p/u in Phila and delivery in S Jersey, for the following day. We don’t normally use same-day couriers, so I was starting from scratch. I texted my sister who works for a large center city firm, but she was busy and didn’t get back to me. I turned to an online search and found Rapid Delivery, which had great online reviews. I called the number and a real person answered the phone, not a recording. I explained to Carlos what I needed and he said, yes we can do that. I emailed the details and he immediately responded with a quote that was very reasonable. I paid with a credit card and got a confirmation. A short time later, my sister responded with a recommendation to use Rapid Delivery, which was such a relief because just picking a company off the internet is nerve-racking. The p/u was set for 10 a.m. in Kensington (I was worried they wouldn’t want to go there, but they were fine with it). The package was delivered around 10:30 in S Jersey, much to my relief. We will definitely call Rapid for future delivery needs!

Wasted my money to have someone served. They never followed up and never completed the affidavit paperwork for the court. They of course took my money tho. Don't bother unless you want nothing to get done on your behalf for a pretty penny. Funny how little they pay their couriers too when they are over charging customers.

I had the need to get a pick up from Glen Ridge PA to Philadelphia. I am in NYC and the service I normally use could not help. I found and called Rapid. Spoke to Carlos Gonzalez and he was exceptional. Did all he could to make sure job was done correctly and quickly. He went above and beyond. If ever we move to the Philadelphia area Rapid will be the only one I will use. Made a very good impression.
