She somehow did my wiggly, screaming one year olds ear piercings perfectly! I was sure there was no way she was going to be able to get them in and even with the amount of squirming that happened but… she did both. Thank you!! Highly recommended!!

I'd call to make sure, but the overall rule in Pennsylvannia for all piercings and tats are 13, because I plan on getting some after my birthday.
I would call just to double check the age for this studio, but in Pennsylvania as a whole the rule is 13 yes. It is $25 for the service, plus the cost of whichever jewelry you pick out
