Overall a fine experience. Automated check in, clean well lit facility. I was disappointed in the lack of technology support and by the absence of bedside manner. I lost my script so my doctor emailed a new one. The lab requires a paper copy and cannot accept email, cited as HIPAA limitations; they only accepted fax. I was eventually able to download a fax app for my phone and send the script by fax. The front desk and tech were polite and professional, if not deadpan. No human interaction, no small talk, all business.

Went early this morning as a walk in. Had a bit of a wait, but nothing too bad. When they drew my blood they did it quickly and without error.

I prefer to give less than 0, walk in people will be called first and lot of delay for appointments people. Also the data and procedures they do in this facility is completely wrong. My height has been reduced from 67 inches to 53 inches in a year( they dont kbow how to take readi gs abd make lot errors while makingrec9rd of it ), I asked them the question while tal8ng the reading, she is lot letting me to speak and they r rude. Please don't go there.

My appointment was scheduled by the online portal at 12.15 PM despite their lunch hour. I was there at 12.10 PM and waited in the lobby until 12.30. When tried entering I saw an employee sticking in a paper note about updated lunchtime until 1 PM. Upon asking about it got some rude answers. Walked away from this location. I understand the importance of lunchtime. However to schedule appointments, not updating the online portal, 50 min locking the main door is just unacceptable. They don't even listen to your request to discuss it with the manager. Never in my life, I will use this location.

They do, but i would recommend scheduling an appointment online. Much faster. I did that and only waited 2 minutes before they called me in.
It depends on what your physician asks for on your lab script. There can be requests for an A1C, check your liver, kidneys, pancreas, cancer in the body, infection or cholesterol, just to name a few. Your blood can tell a physician a lot about what's going on in your body.
