They will give you the run around knowing they delivered the package to the wrong house!!! Want you to wait 24 to 48 hours for a call back!!! Horrible company!!!!

I made arrangements to pickup a package that had been an unsuccessful delivery. This location is not setup to easily self pickup.

I cringe when I receive a notification that my package will be delivered by FedEx. I have not met one driver from this location that was any kind of friendly , and every one has tossed my packages at the porch and ran. I have had two deliveries this week and neither one came to my home , one is currently still missing . And the customer service is the worst , I don't deserve to be treated rudely because your drivers can't read the numbers on a house to confirm they have the correct address . And I should not have to hunt through my neighborhood looking for a package they are paid to deliver.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible service always....can never find the covered porch but leave behind the garage in the weather or on steps to get watered by sprinklers or rained on or melted in the heat.....too lazy to walk those 3 extra steps to the covered area. Now, three days in a row, I rcvd info that I was to expect a delivery requiring a signature. Three days in a row I sat home wasting my time and waiting and no delivery or update. I call the main line and am told it will be delivered today and also that I will get a call from a supervisor. 4:30 pm comes and no call and no delivery....surprise!. So I call again and get lame excuses, no surprise. 6:30, the package finally arrives only because I called. Funny that UPS and the post office don't stop until every package is delivered every day but these guys just stop when they want and deliver when they want. I buy and sell online and have about 2000 things a year coming and going with UPS and the post office and never a problem but with these guys, it is just about guaranteed. I try to not buy from people that use them. It is not worth the hassle of dealing with them and they will never have any of my 2000 packages. My husband also ships quite a bit and will not use them. They need some serious customer service training.
