I was told it would take about a year to clear up my burr/sticker weed issue. Its the following year and I don't see a difference. The weeds are just as pervasive. They came out to do a complimentary extra treatment once, but it didn't make a difference. The workers and phone reps seem nice enough but the service isn't living up to expectations.

I had a bad weed problem but after several applications my weed problem has pretty much been resolved.

GM Rick, I had a situation where the technician came out and treated the front of my property, but couldn't access the backyard, after several attempts to contact TruGreen via telephone, I decided to take a trip to the closest location near me, and they took care of the problem with no hesitation. You can also download the app, and manage your service directly via the app, but I would visit a location near you. Hope everything works out for you.
