When we moved to the area we needed a bank with a nearby branch so went into Texas Bank and Trust. We also open an account for my teenage son. Almost a year later I am very satisfied with making the change. TB&T is doing everything right in-branch, drive thru, and online/mobile. Mobile app works great, has good notifications. I can easily see my son's transactions and transfer funds. Bill pay and mobile deposit work well. You can message customer service in the app and respond quickly during business hours. Much better than our previous credit union had. Phone customer service has been excellent as well. Hold times are not long. The access permissions for online were not set properly when my son's account initially. I thought great learning experience for a 15 year old to call in, I had him do it on speaker and they were able to get him setup in about 5 minutes. Drive-thru ATM is very convenient. Visa debit cards are on the Allpoint network which includes free ATM withdrawals at Brookshires and Spring Market. They have a large number of debit card designs to choose from including Canton Eagles, but not Edgewood. Also want to mention good fraud alerts on suspicious charges

I have a TBT account and 2 others at different banks, one even being a credit union... and I can honestly say the Canton location is wonderful! Any time I have had an issue (lost debit card) or even just a question, I have immediately been helped with kindness and zero confusion... I wanted to do a comparison quote on the charge for a wire transfer and the rep told me without hesitancy, I contacted my other bank to compare and not only did they have to wait until the manager got back to have a correct answer, but they also turned out to be much higher in fees. I highly recommend TBT!
