This is one the worst l experiences, I have ever had with Kay’s. My boyfriend bought a bracelet back in February for Valentine’s Day. The bracelet was too big, I wanted three Diamond links taken out. So he returned the bracelet back to the store about a week later. Current day, august 19th, I still do not have said bracelet in my possession. Since February until now, the store associates have been giving my boyfriend the run around, saying oh it’s delayed, everything is backed up. I called today and not one associate knows what I am even talking about. Before to this phone call my boyfriend went to the store, told him again how it’ll be there in a week, but couldn’t provide a tracking number, nothing. So needless to say, I will never see that bracelet again, and my boyfriend won’t be getting his money back. I’d shop with caution here.

Have always bought jewelry from Kay's. Never been disappointed. When I purchase something I always get the guarantee and it does pay off. Lost diamond in one of my rings and replaced it for no charge. Prices not bad considering other Jewelers. Customer service wonderful. Very clean.
