He explained immediately why I was having the issue and gave me written instruction on how to resolve my issues. Replaced a faulty breaker and all was great. Highly him and Milestone.

Milestone quoted $850 to replace garage door tension spring, their best offer after membership discount. I rang another company to compare, and they quoted $400. The other company did a great job which took under 1 hour. I still had to pay Milestone $100 for the callout; the other company said their callouts are free, even if I had declined the on-site quote. Milestone membership now terminated. Over 100% more in price is gouging. Oh and of course, there was all the unnecessary upsell for $3000. Edit: The manger below said they price match. That’s a lie, because the $400 quote from the other company was WHEN the Milestone tech was at my home and the Milestone manager (over the phone) refused to price match. The other company did an outstanding job and also stand by their work, so all the 5 year warranty spiel is not necessary. Over 100% price difference is gouging, pure and simple. And Milestone gets away with it because the Milestone tech is already at the home, often the work is urgent, and they charge a $100 call-out even if it’s just to give a quote, so the customer feels pressured!

Having used Milestone the past several years for yearly check ups, I had no reservations using them to install a complete 5 ton 16 seer HVAC system. In and out within 7 hours, cleaned up the area. Very satisfied with the unit.

Not really I used the plumbing division their service call was 79 dollars the things I had done I used their parts and got 5 year warranty which is a much better deal than some places..if I had used my own parts and had them install it would have been less but the parts wouldn't have been under a warranty so in the long run you do save more money
