The guys at the front are kinda snobby and most the time it's okay but recently they have been kinda rude and they make the environment depressing.

Felt unwelcome the moment I walked in. Every employee I talked to was rude, short and dismissive. Overall a lame experience

The gentleman in the guitars helped me so much. He gave me a lot of information I needed to pick out a guitar for my daughter.

BLESSINGS THEY HAVE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY ATTENTIVE

They have a service department. I have had them setup an electric guitar before and was satisfied.
Sometimes, on-line sales are separate from in-store sales & vice versa. Call GC direct. Email responses can be slows sometimes, especially product reviews...
Out at the moment. But plenty of left handed drum sticks
Because they're ignorant
I don't believe they do repairs on equipment like that.
Check online at GuitarCenter.com
I would honestly look up how to adjust your action before anything because that's the first thing they will do if you bring it to them.
I would suggest Murphys Music. Ii do not trust the Hulen GC. I took a guitar in for the same reason, the tech told me to come back the next weekend and itll be done. I went in 8 days later, asked to pick up the guitar. It still buzzes like crazy. They didnt even change the strings (which was part of the job). I complained ed and the tech SWORE he worked on it. They still tried to charge me. I only go there to buy strings now. Go to Murphys. The tech is awesome and he wont rip you off.
Yes absolutely! Large variety of guitars, bass and ukulele to hold and try out. Have a few drum sets set up to try.
Yes
They are open. I just went in Sat., 6/26/20 to buy my husband new strings.
I do not know You will need to go there and you ask the question . Ok?
Yes they have a really good selection of books and dvds.
I've never had a bad experience at Guitar Center. You should have asked to speak to the manager.
They do setups and minor repairs in-store, but for a rebuild they would most likely sub the work out to a local luthier (like Lamb's Music). Be very, very careful having this guitar restored, or you'll wind up with much more $$ in it than it's worth. Boatloads of these were imported from Japan in the '60s, and retailed south of $100. If the guitar has sentimental value to you, then go for it. Good luck! :)
I've been quite a bit and never seen any flutes.
