The Oak Bar

The Oak Bar is inside the hotel, Hermitage. I believe that the hotel owns and services The Oak Bar. The hotel itself has valet parking, but if you're just a guest to The Oak Bar, then not sure about valet parking. There is public parking directly across the street from the hotel's entrance. I recall it being cheaper than using the hotels valet service.
