Liz and her crew are A+ through and through! The best there is! It’s funny because I had already felt that a review for awesome they are was warranted due to how well I’ve been treated from the start but as a restaurant owner I was reminded yesterday when I had a representative from Republic stop in unannounced last night and remind me even more how happy I am that I switched and dropped the big 3 (Specs, SG, Republic) to deal with someone local and a small business like we are. I have been shopping here for years as an individual but when I started dealing with Liz for all my restaurant purchases it’s been nothing but top shelf. There is something to be said about customer service and the value it brings to your customers and she knows that and will work with you to help grow your business. Which is something the big 3 failed to do for me for a lot of years, they’ve lost my business and are losing even more of it the more I deal with Liz and Liquor King. I have been hesitant to write a review from my business page because I want to keep her to myself but she’s earned the recognition. She’s just been awesome. I have almost fully stopped using the others and I’m actually paying more to deal with her because the service is what is lacking in TX’s 3 tier liquor distribution system. It may cost me a bit more but hands down I feel it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in relationship building and in my business. If you own a restaurant or a bar go see her! She’s a gem in this industry!

While I had previously purchased some items at another store, I realized that they had not been added to my customer loyalty points. Liz, the Western Center Store Manager helped track down those purchases, verified them and applied to my account. It was very much appreciated. Also the store has a great selection across all spirits, is well organized and very clean.
