There is no sign indicating that this is actually a post office. But it’s there. I was able to get what I needed and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Our mailman, Stephen is AMAZING. Our family loves him. He was really helpful too when we were receiving mail for a person that didn’t live in our house. I’ve never seen another letter for that person! The post office staff is ok too. Friendly but not like overwhelmingly helpful. Not bad.

Mail person doesn’t like delivering packages so just leaves a unavailable/pick up at post office notice.

Yes there is. The doors to the PO boxes and mail drop off are open 24 hours.

I have continually tried to contact the Benbrook post office to cancel my hold only to get a busy signal. Manager said phone may not be working. They are still holding mail and I'm not able to drive 30 minutes to cancel!!!! Please help. Sally
