Staff was nice but beyond that, it was not worth what we paid. We paid $600 for two nights and I can’t believe it was that much. The room was dirty and muggy. Breakfast was extremely limited and I don’t know how the pool is allowed to be open. It was very dirty with a broken railing. Really wish we would have spent the little extra money for a better place to stay.

It was quiet. Breakfast was very sparse. No meat or eggs. Coffee was Luke warm. Attendee was trying to answer phone, check people out, and was responsible for replenishing all food for breakfast. Short handed for sure!!

We went for Tulip fest, so obviously the prices of all hotels were over priced and this was the best deal we could find, but honestly an extra $20 a night might have been worth it. They require an additional $100 security deposit that gets refunded in 14 days (supposedly) in addition to the price of the rooms on check in. There is no elevator. We had no toilet paper (not sure anyone who had a room on the 2nd floor did since there was a stream of people throughout out trip asking for it). The AC kept turning itself off at night. But the so called breakfast... it consisted of children's cereal, yogurt, and one waffle maker (there was a juice bar, but only the orange juice worked). We went down at 8am and it was empty, people kept telling the front desk to refill. There were probably 2 dozen people each morning waiting to make a waffle, that people then generously split with each other. We ended up going to the Wooden Spoon Restaurant 1 mile away for our last breakfast. I would not return to this hotel. Using Covid as an excuse for everything is outdated. You know when you busy season is and you should be able to accommodate your guests accordingly.

If this rating is for the Quality Inn in Holland Michigan, the accommodations were less than satisfactory. $100 additional fee for security deposit, refundable in maybe 14 days! No extra toilet paper in room. Check in was delayed approximately 10 minutes, as desk person was away. Weak wifi, and some interruptions in TV reception. Continental breakfast consisted of a muffin and energy bar in a bag. This was definitely what we were NOT expecting from Choice Hotels!!!
