I am a Samsung phone owner who had a great deal thry Samsung to go tok an authorized dealer to fix my screen that I cracked! Yeah!!! Went online set up point mentioned and got my authorization number and dropped phone off the next day. It was supposed to take 2 hours. They had my phone from 1030 am to 5pm. Guess what... I was told that they could not fix my screen because it appeared that my phone looked as though there has been some moisture causing some rust to my min board. What the what does that have to do with my cracked screen? By the way the company Name was "Ubreakifix" Asurion company All day long snd I dud not get my phone fixed!!! They suck!!!!
