We arrived in our room to find that it was a handicap room of which we weren't in need of. The hotel was booked so we couldn't switch rooms. The bathroom had a single sink and no counter to put toiletries. The bathtub had a handicap seat that wouldn't stay in the upright position so we were forced to stand in one spot and pivot while showering. The toilet was a low flow style that didn't have much force to empty the bowl. The room smelled very musty. My wife and I both woke up with allergies due to the musty smell. We called the front desk to ask if we would be charged for our second night if we checked out early. We were told to contact the third party booking agency we had used. The booking agency told us that it was up to Fairfield to make that decision. We ended up staying the second night and leaving promptly in the morning. Upon checkout the manager asked how we enjoyed our stay. We honestly and politely told her of our experience. She was sorry to hear that and ended up refunding our second night. We really appreciated the refund we were given and would recommend this Fairfield. I hope they get the musty smell under control. If not, beware of room 223.

Carm (sp) in housekeeping went above and beyond when my daughter lost her way in the elevator while on her way down to ask the front desk for makeup wipes. I cannot sing enough praises about her and this hotel! Clean rooms, lovely snack bar and great breakfast!

What a pretty hotel with very clean rooms and very nice front desk agents! Want to give a shout out to a very fun and helpful front desk agent named Carissa! Always makes a stay more enjoyable! Breakfast in the morning, great coffee, had cookies in the evening! The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom sink and toilet are separate and there is even shampoo, cream rinse and body wash all in pump bottles attached to the side of shower/bathtub area. Love that it is more quiet area outside and Cracker Barrel even in walking distance! Refrigerator and coffee maker in rooms as well...plenty of space!!

This hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our team who stayed there. A warm continental breakfast is included and the hotel rate was very fair. Carissa, the sales associate that helped with the block of rooms, was so professional and kind. Highly recommend staying here.
