Since I have a daughter-in-law who is a manager at rite aid there is no reason why one person should have to help 20 people in line after 5:00 where is the assistant manager the manager where's all the people nobody was there this girl was all by herself it was ridiculous come on you want people to wait in life for what 20 minutes you guys are crazy get with it managers

The pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever Experienced , they take forever at the drive thu window pickup to even Acknowledge your Presence and that are usually rude and seem Annoyed with your Presents. I would switch if I had more Choices with my insurance.
