I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to receive a make-up lesson. After making the appointment with Brandy, who has excellent reviews, a manager called me the next day. She claims that she is unavailable but has another person who is MAC something (I don't remember) available. I told the manager that I was not interested in MAC products and wanted the appointment with Brandy. She begrudgingly moved the appointment to later the same day. When we arrived the appointment was with a different person. I told the manager that the appointment was made with Brandy and she started to argue with me that I must be confused. I then told her about my appointment being moved and she then started arguing with me that it wasn't possible because the system would have shown that and I must be confused. We ended up leaving. I cannot believe that they would behave in such a rude and unprofessional manner. I have no desire to ever walk into their store again. Their poor reputation is well deserved.
