After calling almost every storage facility in the area, and only finding 3 with an available unit, I selected this location based on proximity and price. I am very happy that I did. The gentleman that I rented with was extremely pleasant and helpful. He carefully explained the rules and pricing to me. Due to this unit being the last available, I did not have time to drop my dog at home after picking him up from camp after work on the way to rent the unit. It was 107 outside and the gentleman said it was okay for me to bring my dog inside the office while I completed the paperwork. He also offered to lock my unit for me since I wasn’t moving items that day. I have cannot say how kind this man was. Very very happy.

Very fast and really good customer service!! Went there this morning to rent a unit and was out the door in less than 20min! Reasonable prices!! Lady at the front desk was really nice and explained everything to me perfectly!! Glad I chose Derrels!!
