There was a tall Caucasian male in his mid age Sent to my father-in-law's house to pick up medical equipment from my mother in law who had passed recently that recently that gave everybody in the house attitude and was being really disrespectful to the outdely and disabled persons that were there including my wife and it was uncalled for behavior that he was showing towards other people so I don't know what was happening but I hope that he does not do this to nobody else and I hope the management is able to rectify the situation So he can be disciplined in any way necessary meaning he will not be able to pick up furniture or anyone else so they won't have to have the behavior That he showed 2 other people

If I could give this company nothing I would. I was told that a sleep machine ordered for me would only require a one time payment. Just so happens that my insurance wouldn't cover the rest, and instead of informing me the remaining funds were taken from my checking account without any notification. Furthermore, without my permission, because I did not authorize for my card information to remain on file. As my conversation went further with the person speaking to me on the phone I find out that I was enrolled in their automatic billing without my permission. This company is unbelievable! While it took nothing for them to take my funds they told me they won't have the payment posted on their end for two weeks. I'm disputing this with my credit union.

Kaiser chose this company for my machine. My job is depending on my treatment as I am a commercial driver. When I called yesterday the agent was rude and showed no concern to my situation. I wont be able to return to work because they cant ship me a machine and have no date in the future for shipment.

This place takes forever to set up an account for del. Bad customer service. I would love to use another company for medical supplies but I have too because of my insurance.
