In the past I use this location oh, it was convenient for shopping never suffered loss or theft. But on the other hand not all the machines work the best some of them will steal your money oh, and on the other hand there are a couple machines in there that will activate and wash your clothing 4 less than the advertised price yeehaw... The cool thing is anytime I lost money with one of these machines I filed a complaint slipped a note in the door, and received a refund in the mail relatively quickly... If you need a laundromat this is a laundromat but it's going to take you a few Cycles to figure out which machine you like

This laundromat is located in Lakeport, CA. On Clearlake in Lake county. It's in a small shopping complex with a Grocery Outlet and Dollar Store along with a few other stores and restraunts too. So you would think that with the location that the place would have decent washers and dryers and being on City water that your clothes would come clean at the price of $2.75 for a small top loader washing machine and $5.50 for a front loading washing machine that supposedly can handle 30 lbs. Of clothing. If I don't pretreat my clothes with stain removers and presoak my whites, (oh and it's .50 cents extra for hot water) then they don't even come close to being clean. Where I live has very hard water with a lot of iron in the well water. Even with a filtration system it will turn whites dingy and colors fade a lot faster. So I like to take my nicer stuff to a laundromat to wash and dry it two to three times a month. I have yet to find a laundromat within reasonable driving distance to me, that actually cleans your clothes for a reasonable price. the place is definitely in need of a fresh coat of paint and some up grading of appliances.

It's ok for a laundromat. I believe it's the only one. Need more. Some dryers do not get very hot. I was there today and 2 of the dryers did not get as hot. I had to change the dryers; which becomes disappointing when u put all your last quarters in. I Hate wasting money!!! Need more bigger washing machines. Alot of people seem to use the 2 at the end a lot. But overall it's a good laundromat because of the other stores surrounding it.
