Super small, ac didnt work as it was extremely hot from the moment we arrived, dj was limited to music but not sure if that was part of the package, no kitchen space, plastic unstable chairs, bathrooms were not accessible for people in wheelchairs. I was there for a party, but not sure I would use this place unless it was for an indoor lunch. I would have rather spent my evening outside with a canopy.

Just had my daughters 3rd birthday and everything was amazing! The place was left for us to just set up and it was so clean. I highly recommend!

Used VIP1 for a first birthday party! It was great. All I had to worry about was food and decorating since everything else you need for a party came included with the space!
