Honestly got to tell you LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ The actual review is fundamental I know because Out of all the Starbucks I've been to, the Starbucks on Main ST in Haverhill has NOT made a single mistake to date!!! ❤😍❤😍 Not only were they trained properly, (Is there is a reason why every person there can make my coffee the same way multiple times daily and have it come out the same way!!!) But I have not seen them be impatient or rude the way other place get when they are busy. They are beyond helpful when you are not prepared. Thought I had my wallet to pay when my phone died. Not only did they take care of it but told me how great of a regular I was and made it completely not ackeard a

When waiting in a line to order coffee and some cake pops .. I understand things happen there's wind there's rain sometimes it's lack of employees but none of these things excuse this kind of mess and your customers having to face it to order their food and enter the building

Service was good, coffee and food was good, the line was a little long in the drive through but it moved at a reasonable rate. One of the better Starbucks locations I have been to.

This evening at 8, I received a perfect order. I got an iced caffe mocha, decaf with no ice and soy milk instead of regular. The cup was filled to the top, extremely consistent and the whipped cream was clean and not excessively done. I will definitely come here again when I’m in the area and recommend that you do as well.
