I went for a wisdom tooth extraction and, from the beginning, the communication between the office staff and the dentist was not good. My treatment plan had to be drafted three times before I had something somewhat accurate to sign. Then when I came for treatment, they said they didn't have my sedation medicine and that someone should have written me a prescription but no one communicated. The dentist sounded confused about having to perform my extraction and said that he didn't feel comfortable removing 2 of the 4 teeth that we planned to have removed. After he said that, he and the office manager began to argue in front of me and the dentist slammed his tools down and walked away. I already have dental anxiety and not having sedation plus having this occur was unsettling. Ultimately after signing yet another treatment plan, they found some sedation medicine for me to take and we agreed for him to only remove 2 teeth. As for the actual procedure, it was okay except the fact that the dentist refused to believe me when I was in pain and at some points didn't stop drilling when I signaled I was in pain and the hygienist had to tell him that I was in pain and to stop. After my procedure, it was suggested that I be unconscious for any other procedures to avoid pain, even though I have been successfully numbed by other dentists. There was also a mix up with my medication and I spent the whole first day of recovery in the worst pain of my life. Now that im 8 weeks out from the procedure, I'm beginning to have heat sensitivity (which is a sign of decay) in one of the teeth adjacent to one of my extraction sites that was perfectly healthy before. I wasn't going to write a review but I don't want other people to go through what I went through. This had to have been the worst dental experience of my life.

They don't work with the VA anymore, a town with tons of veterans. Regardless of "business" they don't care about the veteran. Do not use this facility.

This place will try to attract your business with their "affordable" yearly plan, however the problems they have caused me have been much less than affordable. I came in for a cleaning and after filling out pages of forms that were never read by the staff members and an hour and a half waiting, the hygienist did a terrible job and was extremely abrasive to my teeth. I started having terrible sensitivity right away and was told by the office to just use a special toothpaste for sensitivity. Their cleaning also caused some sealing resin on my teeth to lift, scratching my tongue constantly and causing even more sensitivity. The person at the office that spoke to me about this problem was very rude, refused to accept the office is to blame on this matter and accused me off lying for "free services" in her own words. She then proposed a "treatment plan" that costed more than what they charged me for their "affordable" yearly plan. Very convenient, causing their clients problems so they keep paying the office to fix it. If I can't trust a dentist office to do something as simple as a cleaning, I most certainly can't trust any of their services.

While the quality of the work is passable, their scheduling practices are completely unacceptable. They know that after I have a root canal, I'm going to need it crowned, they also know that they're fairly busy, but they wait until after the root canal before even scheduling the crowning, so I'm stuck with some temporary filling in my mouth for the 20+ days. After I get my temporary crown done and the mold done, they need to get it back from the lab, which takes time, so I understand that they can't do it all in one sitting, it usually takes a week from what they said, but they're still busy, so it's gonna be another 20 days until that happens, because they didn't schedule any of this before hand. Except for one problem, something in my mouth has since broke and I'm not sure if I can eat right now. And that's not to mention the fact that I've had another tooth that needs to be crowned, that they've known needs to be crowned for two months, but haven't scheduled until I brought it up and reminded them that I would like all the work that needs to be done in my mouth completed If you have any work that's more complex than a simple cleaning, don't come here
