Hi Melvin- If I understand correctly you are interested in braces where the actual metal the brackets are made from is gold or gold metallic in color. I imagine that is something that must be available, but it is not something we have seen or we carry. We do have colored elastic in a yellow gold as well as many other colors. Our orthodontist, Dr. Nadia Lyotard, does offer care with several types of braces here in Dallas. We offer traditional metal braces, self-ligating braces, clear "invisible" braces, and we even have colors for braces available. We also offer Invisalign clear aligners as an additional option for people who desire an option that is more "invisible" . You should also know that we don't charge more for any one of these options over the other. When you come to us for orthodontic treatment, we want your choice for a particular treatment option to be about what you and the doctor decide is best for you rather than being pressured by concerns about extra cost.
