I've used this pharmacy for 5 yrs now. Just in the last 6 months or so this pharmacy has gone down hill fast!! My Rx's slip through "their system" pretty much every month. I've been cut off cold turkey on necessary meds for days. I again have to call 3 days in a row to make sure my meds are ready. And still today they aren't ready. It's like going to McDonald's and the ice cream machine always being broken. Probably going to have to change pharmacy now bc my doctor is concerned about myeds not being ready all the time.

Hi everyone! My name is Wali Abdul and I am the Pharmacy Manager of this location for the past 5 months. If anyone has a concern about our service, please contact me at the pharmacy. I will make sure that you leave our store with a five star experience. I spoke to my staff about all the negative feedback that we have recieved on google. We have let go of a few of our technicians that have not been up to par with customer service and we recently installed a Parata robot to assist us with counting medications. Many of our customers have noticed that we are much more efficient with getting medications ready in a timely manner. Our wait times have dropped dramatically and I have made it clear to the staff that the customers always come 1st. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. I hope that some of the people on these reviews would give us a second chance and if you have been wronged in any way, I want to hear about it so that I can make it right to you. I was a satisfied customer of Kroger Pharmacies for many years, but I've now moved all my scripts to my on-line pharmacy. Kroger Pharmacy became unreliable, unresponsive, and more expensive.
