I went at 11 pm. Website & msg. on their phone said closes at midnight. Door locked. When they guys came out I said "website says u close at midnight" No response. I asked "did u hear me"? No response. Rude....he said "I don't have to respond to u" WOw ! Great customer service. I usually don't go to CVS & I Never will go to this one again.

Extremely rude staff, this cvs is a nightmare. You’re better off taking your business to Walgreens or rite aid. The difference is amazing

No reason for a prescription to be called in at noon. Arrive by 5 and told it will take another hour. Ridiculous! Switching pharmacies for good after at least 15 years of going there. Unbelievable!

Worst experience with a pharmacy in my lifetime. We wanted to get flu shots, made appointments on line but couldn't get them close together. My husband called the store. The phone rang for 25 minutes, no one picked up. I tried later, same experience. We called the next day before leaving the house for the store, same experience. 30 minutes of ringing and no one picked up. We got to the store and were told all flu shots had been cancelled for the day because they had run out. When my husband said it would have been nice if we had known before we made the trip, we were told CVS had sent out texts that morning. Really? We never got one. Oh wait. We did.... about seven hours later! I then told the woman about the 3 times we called and no one picked up. She said: "We are very short-staffed so we don't pick up the phone." What? This is a pharmacy!!! She sent us to another CVS that apparently was taking walk ins that day; we went and got our shots. The woman who administered the shot told me she had been dealing with people like us all day -- people with appointments who were not notified the shots were cancelled as well as people complaining they had called the store and no one picked up. Needless to say, I will never set foot in this store again.
