Had to file a complaint against this agency. While trying to get an explanation for certain actions taken and the owner T or whatever his real name is tells me and my mother that he has explained enough and if we don't understand that we can go to another agency. Very unprofessional and rude. Would've rated a 0 if I could.

I have been working for this agency for a few years now and I cannot be happier. The staff here is always willing to assist you with any concerns that you have. In calling them, they are always ready to support you, if ever you need for someone to come on site for any reason a staff member will be there. The salary and benefits are good. It is a great agency to work for, I have no complaints.
