I just want to say thank you for the service of allowing citizens to use your lobby as a safe place for internet sales transactions. The woman at the front desk was so nice and kind. Actually every interaction I have had with any of the BG PD has been good. Thank you.

I use to live in Buffalo Grove. The officers that I dealt with were friendly and nice especially Sgt. Rodriguez. The only negative encounter that I had was when a distracted driver ran a red light and hit me but I still got a ticket for it because of what a Northbrook cop had said even though the Northbrook cop didn’t see the accident at the time unless he had X-ray vision.

So don’t sleep at Woodman’s Parking Lot, 1550 Deerfield Pkwy, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 not my fault the lady with with 5 dogs was sleeping outside on the sidewalk with her dogs his last Thursday and most likely cause of the manager or police officer notice me. Sorry was too sleepy to get back on the road after taken a nap and break from driving for Uber and did buy a few snacks from this location as well but I guess I will have to to other stores that more friendly to late shift Uber driver customers.
