I brought them a mower that was RUNNING but smoking a little, they gave me back my mower in PIECES! They would not warranty the motor because aftermarket air filter was used. Long story short I paid them $200 to take apart my mower and have to put it back together myself. I would give them zero stars if I could. I used sea foam in the oil and cleaned intake. The mower no longer smokes. They wanted to charge me $2200 for a new motor. Lazy or incompetent technicians. Service manager very blunt overall poor customer service.

went to look at mowers, knowing nothing about them. the sales staff were quick to respond. very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Gave us advice, kept us in our price range, didn't over sell, and taught us how to use it. they even deliver. highly recommend.
