Do not apply to this building complex. Roaches and mice running around like crazy. Ppl be having bedbugs. And they will not fix anything on your apartment. But try yo charge you crazy rent. Worse building on Drexel. Again DO MOVE HERE!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD...I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE... I LIVED THERE FOR 4YRS AND FIRST OFF BOTH BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED THE 4917 BUILDING INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND THE 4825 BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH MICE WHICH IS THE ONE I STAYED IN THE MICE WAS OUT OF CONTROL AND YOU COULDN'T HAVE CATS BUT MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT SAY CHECK AND SEE IF ITS ANY HOLES IN YOUR APARTMENT EVEN WHEN I WAS 8 MONTHS PREGNANT WHICH IS THEIR JOB... I HAD TO HIRE MY OWN EXTERMINATOR THAT WAS RECOMMENDED BY A GIRL WHO LIVED IN THE BUILDING WITH ROACHES BECAUSE THE CHEAP EXTERMINATORS THEY HIRE COME OUT ONCE A MONTH AND JUST GIVE YOU ONE TRAP AND SPRAY BASE BOARDS IN KITCHEN ONLY SO IF YOU HAVE A ISSUE IN BEDROOMS OR BATHROOMS YOU CAN FORGET IT AND WORK ORDERS TAKE FOREVER ESPECIALLY IF ITS NOT EXPERIENCING A LEAK OR A WATER ISSUE AND ITS ONLY ONE MAINTENANCE WORKER THAT'S IF THEY HAVE ONE AND ITS ALWAYS SOMEONE NEW BECAUSE EVERYBODY THAT WORKS THERE END UP QUITTING.MY STOVE WAS OUT FOR A MONTH AND HALF AND IT WAS NEVER REPAIRED. THE INCINERATOR IS ALWAYS FULL OF TRASH AND WATER PRESSURE WAS ALWAYS DOWN OR WOULD ONLY GET WARM NEVER HOT. BUT WOULD ALWAYS WANT RENT ON TIME AND IF YOU WERE A DAY LATE THEY WOULD PUT 5 DAY NOTICE ON YOUR DOOR OR WANNA TAKE YOU TO COURT AND THE OUTSIDE GATE WAS ALWAYS BROKE AND THEY ARE QUICK TO ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION... THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT TOO BAD AND EVERYTHING IS WALKING DISTANCE AND TRANSPORTATION WHICH WAS GOOD FOR ME SINCE I WORK DOWNTOWN BUT I ENDED UP MOVING BUT THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE TAKING OVER BY SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE TENANTS BECAUSE THE PROPERTY MANAGER THEY HAVE NOW DOES NOT!

Water and gas. Electric and no pets. Don't move here. You'll be paying for exterminator too.
