I went in one day on my lunch break as I was looking for childcare for my son. When I pulled up to the building before parking I saw three very young children (age ranges looked about from 3-5 years old) out front by themselves walking around with no adult in sight. I walked in and waited to talk to the guy behind the front desk, when it was my turn I told him I was looking to fill out an application which he gave me. As I was completing the application a group of pre-teens came out to the lobby, they were arguing and tensions were getting worse. There was yelling, threats being made, in each other's faces with a fight about to happen. At this point there were about 10 boys, there was a smaller woman trying to break things up but was not having success. The guy behind the front desk stopped eating only to stare at the situation, sit there and do absolutely nothing. I was about to step in and try to help, things were getting pretty bad and the lady obviously needed back up before things got worse. Eventually she was loud enough to break things up enough to send some of the boys back to another area. All this happened while small kids were going in and out of the rooms and building with no supervision. I was there for all of ten minutes and I will never send my child there. I would never recommend this facility to anyone with children.

My experience with them was regarding emergency aid and they were wonderful and very helpful. It's important to have compassion and know that there are people out there trying to help others that are struggling.
