I’m glad I didn’t follow through, I was about to fill out an application when someone stopped me, she and her kids were moving out. She told me read the reviews, she told me have them give you a tour so you can smell and see things on your own. I took her word for it and after reading the reviews about the staff that means they have bad management if there are not doing there jobs properly. I have never seen a roach or bed bug in person and i won’t be swing it here. I was getting this place for my daughter and I was very hesitant to even let her live in any apt because it’s wasting money. I ran into some other people that lived there and they were also trying to break there lease, they mentioned ALOT of issues, repair problem and bugs and smelling. I suggest you guys take pictures of everything single thing, document everything, write down everything and date it. Thanks for the heads up

Lived here since 2015 and rent goes up every year and there is no incentives for the tenants.
