Bad communication from the staff that work in the front, they change appointment times without notifying you.. then act like it’s your fault you show up at a different time. Never coming back here again. Terrible experience.

I had a very horrible experience with this office, unfortunately. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30pm & had an email from them as proof. I walked in at 3:30 with my 6 week old baby in 105 degree weather … and the ladies at the desk say they were closed… I told them my appt is at 3:30 and one of the ladies in the back hiding rudely said “she was supposed to be here at 3:15.” I showed the other lady my email and confirmation that my appt was at 3:30 and she said “oh nobody called you? We changed your appt to 3:15” …. Nope no one called me.. she then followed up with “oh well sorry the doctor already left…” WOW! So they change my appt without notifying me, and the doctor just magically disappears in a matter of 15 minutes. What terrible communication.. it is not easy to pack up a 6 week old and take them out in 105 degree heat to be told we’re closed and the Dr left. Thankfully, I found another pediatrician the same day and they made me an appt the following day. Stay away from this office.
