This apartment complex is very nice and the area is nice as well, if you are considering a unit here be sure it is not near the gym. I did not have time to come look at this place in person so I asked the staff (he no longer works here) which unit he recommended out of the 10 available and he couldn’t have recommended a worse unit, the gym is right beside my unit. The gym is open 24/7 and there is no sound proof attempts whatsoever, I can hear people talk, let alone the loud slamming of weights, I have reached out to property management more than once and they have done nothing. People are in the gym every night until midnight and a lot of mornings as early as 5AM, I get very little sleep. I would recommended this complex but just not the unit beside the gym

We would avoid this complex. The apartments are left filthy with carpet stains and exposing tacks, dirty a/c filters, broken and rusted fixtures. The management tries to bill YOU, the resident for items listed on THEIR move out sheet that need to be fixed and replaced. Items that should have been done PRIOR to new resident move in. This complex is VERY high priced for the condition it is in: unprofessional, inattentive and unavailable staff, inconsistent trash service, bug problems, dog feces plus unkept and overgrown landscaping . The Management Staff/Owner refuses to put the money into the complex to correct issues and to staff properly. Your time and money would be better used in an AIR BNB, long term rental or another complex.

Maintenance staff was polite, very quick and professional. I raised a service request (marked it as routine instead of urgent) in the morning and in about an hour’s time, got a call back and then the tech showed up at my apt in about 15 minutes.
