2nd time attempting blood work here. They don't have an "outside" phone number for you to call to verify they have your orders. Staff a little snarky. To top it off because my doctor didn't put their fax number on the orders they would not allow me to give them it even showing them on their website said I needed a business card or something. Totally ridiculous in this day in age. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

I normally go hear and the staff is super friendly. I had a woman today who was not apparently she was pretty upset that im broke and couldnt pay. Im doing what i can to keep me afloat crystal if you have 400 to fork over for a bill on the wim i need to work where your at because my 2 jobs are not cutting it.

Ask for Crystal!!! Best experience I’ve had when someone stabbing me with a needle. She made me feel safe and got me on the first poke (which never happens) she’s amazing.

I understand times are tough for medical workers at the moment but I still feel the need to provide honest feedback. This location in particular needs either more staff or better training. The whole process has been a mess. From mistakes during billing, to them not giving me all the required supplies for home sample collection, to not giving me proper instructions for collecting samples. I write this in hopes that this team can get their act together and train t to deliver sufficient care
