The curtains and door handle were dirty and stained on the inside. The sheets on the beds were stained and full of what seemed like sand, they absolutely were not switched out. They had a cigarette burn in it, in a non smoking room supposedly. the pillows had someone elses hair stuck on it, so did the shower wall. I had to wipe down the toilet cause it was gross and the wipe came out super crusty. The walls were stained and nasty, which I understand its an older motel but its pretty ridiculous that it's so uncared for. the towels were also stained and i highly doubt they were switched out with new ones. Honestly, this is the worst place I've ever stayed at and I've traveled quite a lot. Whoever you got cleaning rooms, definitely ain't doing their job. They're just putting the room back together after each visitor and somewhat trying to make it look clean. I'm very disappointed.

Had to move out of my house for 3 days while house being renovated. I ordered my rooms on booking.com - super easy. Came straight from home with my dog and Patricia was so helpful and even though checkin wasn’t until 3, she got me into a clean room right away! So helpful & staff is so nice. They do anything to make your stay great! Will def come back 👍🏼

My stay was excellent thanks to Tiffany Pam and Therese... best 3 people... housekeeping is nice.. just wish I didn't need to chase them down for some towels... But the best thing about the motel are those 3 people.. great customer service. Great personality, and all around just beautiful souls.. Thank you guys for making the stay so good

The room was beautiful and clean. Front office people, especially Pam and Therese were extremely helpful and such a joy to meet. The housekeeping is awesome! This property did not charge for me to have my dog, my champion, stay with me. Great area for the dogs to walk around in the grass on this gorgeous property. We enjoyed taking walks and seeing all the wonderful landscape with so many beautiful plants. So relaxing being here and I will definitely be back as well as refer everyone else to stay at the hotel and get the best service as I got. Love this location as well. So easy to get to great attractions and convenient shopping close by.
