Follow up: The owner reached out to me and it seems they addressed some of the concerns. My order was placed and the communication improved. As a gesture, they rushed the windows to help me get through my building final. --------- Ordering process is terrible. I was looking for a replacement sash (GC installed regular glass and safety glass is required) and reached out to sales. They gave a quote in 2 days (not bad), 15 min after receiving the quote I said yes, please I'd like to place the order... they then went silent for 3 business days and the weekend. I tried to call customer service and they said they would email the sales person but were unable to place the order. I tried emailing and calling to no avail. After I replace these I won't be going back to this company. They lack communication in their process to support the customer.

Very rude people! The HR lady that works there is horrible! I was parked in an unmarked space in front of the main office, when she came and demanded that I move immediately. She went to the driver side first and knocked on the window. Then she came around to me. She stood there, at my window, waiting for me to move. I was in the passenger seat! I wasn’t even driving and was only there for about 5 minutes. I told her I would move but I guess I wasn’t moving fast enough. We argued for a bit. I laughed when she said that whoever I was there with isn’t getting hired. Even if I was there for that reason, which I wasn’t, I would be so happy that someone wasn’t getting hired by her. Lady with the bad hair, you need to seriously reconsider a job where they hide you in the back.

Brand new home under construction. Broken window, and no way to contact elevate or the distributor we got the windows from. He is ignoring us, and elevate has no way of contacting them directly neither…. Very frustrating

Updated Review 07/29/22 After the initial review Kayla contacted me and set the things on right path. Everything was smooth and issue was resolved on the promised date. The communication was frequent and even the repair team called me in advance that they will at my residence for repair. 4 stars for the follow up and service. Hopefully in future they will try to get customer service right the first time . Older review 07/20/22 This company is B2B company. It has a very poor customer service. My builder has raised a issue regarding seal failure at a newly constructed house from past 4 weeks and they are yet to call back. I contacted Cindy directly but after a week of trying the only communication I got was please send the pictures and after sharing the pictures 0 response. This is not how the companies should operate. Elevate Windows think that by delaying the communication or not communicating, customer will simply get bogged down and will give up after a while. What a poor way to do business! All the reviews are true regarding the huge delay in response and addressing the issue.
