Tower doesn't do used medical devices. Check Goodwill, 5mile, and Craigslist. Don't be afraid to post a request on your social media. Someone might have one and just give it to you.
Walmart sells a couple of different brands in the $14 amount that is available in the pharmacy department. They seem to hold up fairly well. The $14-$17 price tag is for two pairs. The color selection is black or flesh-colored and the 10-13 sock size seems to fit my size 12 shoe size. Using a helper to put them on is easily mastered and saves on sock wear.
