If I could give this place -0 stars I would because I was a new patient at this clinic everyone there was very rude every time I called I called over a week back to back each day about an emotional support letter for my apartments that they failed to authorize the people that work here are incompetent of doing their job there is no reason a person should have to wait a week for a callback from a doctor or for documents to be sent

Do not go here if you do not have insurance. I was sick with diarrhea and I also had chest pain, so I asked them to also draw my blood for my chest pain. They told me it would be extra and I agreed to pay, but when I came back for my results they demanded I'd pay for another visit in addition to paying for the first visit and the blood work. She is a scammer if I would have known this I would have just gone to my clinic where I'm insured instead of just the most convenient one. Also it's been about a month and a half and I still have diarrea and chest pains. I took the antibiotics like they told me to but it's just like a school nurse giving you crackers and telling you you'll feel better while your bodies antibodies make you better. I'm not better, there have been days where I feel like I'm dying and crying for my life. Do not go to this wannabe doctor. She is a scammer and she just sells you medicine you could buy at the store yourself. Go to a competent practitioner instead or even the ER if it's something other than the common cold and you aren't too smooth brained to figure out what medicine you need yourself.
