The front desk and ultrasound tech were very nice and professional. I could get over the lack of waiting area and lack of privacy at the front desk because everyone waiting is crowded around it. However, I can't get over the lack of response from the billing department to their error and the lies told to me by the first billing representative. My FSA card is still in limbo because of Akumin's billing error. Save yourself the trouble of hours on hold, go elsewhere.
